Chikurei Tsunoda (write I stand and give it and am in Ansei May 2, 4 (June 4, 1857) - 1919 (1919 on) March 20) is a haiku poet, a politician of the Meiji, the Taisho era period. As for the real name, flat the truth (しんぺい). Suruga country Kashima (existing Fuji-shi, Shizuoka) birth. I went to Tokyo and became an attorney (lawyer) and successively held Tokyo member of prefectural assembly, Tokyo councilor, member of the House of Representatives.

I am elected member of the House of Representatives in (1892) in 1892 (seven times election in total). I was concerned with the foundation of the sign of autumn society of the new school along with Shiki Masaoka with Koyo Ozaki, Sazanami Iwaya, Muko Mori, Shachiku Ono and others at (1895), 39 years old in 1895. In 1919, I die because of cerebral hemorrhage [1].

"Tsunoda" was considered to be (Kadokawa Shoten "haiku prose studies Dictionary" Sanseido "modern haiku Dictionary") that "かくた" was right, but it was said, "it is a horn" by the popular name (but I assume "it is a corner" plus at the Tokyo University bamboo cold water library). Furigana is waved with "a history of parliamentary system 100 years member of the House of Representatives directory" edited based on a resume submitted to the House of Representatives by the person saying "it is a horn".

"竹冷句鈔" is known as a collector of the old general term for haiku and linked verse to a collection of haiku (Bakujin Hoshino edition, 1920), and the collection of books is owned now as "a bamboo cold water library" by the Tokyo University synthesis library.
