野手耐

Fielder (1876 (1876) from August 17 to 1945 (1945) August 6 ^[1] to die out)-resistant is a Japanese Government General of Korea, domestic affairs of states bureaucrat, lawyer. The election for bureaucrats prefectural governor, the Doshisha high commercial science principal.

Career

I am from Toyota-gun, Ibaraki (existing Shimotsuma-shi). I am born as the eldest son of person of movement for democratic rights, fielder Ichiro [¹]. Via Doshisha normal school [²], the second high school, I graduate from Tokyo Imperial University law university in 1904. In November of the year, I pass a civil officer Higher Civil Service Examination administration department examination. Enter a ministry in the Ministry of Finance, and become the Taxation Bureau of the Finance Ministry genus [³]; [⁴].

Turn in the commander prefecture, and successively hold Mayor of Government General of Korea Chinnampo customs, Mayor of Pusan customs, the administrative official, communication station maritime affair section manager, Manager crew umpire, the forestry depot head afterward afterwards; in 1924 retirement [¹] [³].

In May, 1927, I take office as Governor of Saitama [³]. In November of the year, I am transferred to Governor of Wakayama. The others of the necessary expense including the industrial development carried out considerable reduction for a financial difficulty. In July, 1929, I lay-off temporarily in the governors [⁵]. On August 8, the same year, it became 依願免本官 and retired from it [⁶]. I am active as a lawyer afterwards in Hiroshima-shi [²].

In December, 1938, I took office as the Doshisha high commercial science principal by solicitation from Doshisha, but there was not the experience of the teacher, and friction produced it in the strong things that I insisted on to the Doshisha headquarters again. Therefore I resigned from the principal in August, 1941 because Doshisha applied an age-limit system [²]. I became a lawyer again in Hiroshima-shi, but died by atom bomb throwing down of August, 1945 afterwards [¹].
