The first book about the talent scout campaign that "manual - (スカウティングフォアボーイズ - よいしみんせいをおしえるためのてびきしょ - Scouting for Boys: A Handbook for Instruction in Good Citizenship) to tell the スカウティングフォアボーイズ - good citizenship" was published in 1908.
