The ロキアーキオータ gate (Loki old bacteria gate, Lokiarchaeota) is the archaebacterial candidate gate proposed in 2015. I form a eukaryote and a single system by the system analysis and have a gene supporting the complexity of the film a lot. About 2 billion years ago, there is the opinion that a eukaryote was derived from this system.
I was gathered in 2010 by the neighborhood of the heated water outlet called the hill of Loki in the ガッケル ridge of the Arctic Ocean. A eukaryote-like gene is included around 175 in this and adds it to the actin-like protein and tube Lin protein which are included in other エオサイト, and the gene which is necessary for cytoskeleton and cell transformation, endoplasmic reticulum control is included a lot.
