丁一平 (to てい, when February, 1951 -) is an officer of People's Liberation Army. Birthplace, 籍貫地 are Hunan Xiangxiang prefectures together. As of November, 2013, it is vice-admiralty, a member of People's Liberation Army navy vice-commander.

Career
I am born in Hunan Xiangxiang in February, 1951. I enter People's Liberation Army in March, 1968. It is joined the party in February, 1970 by the Chinese Communist Party. I act as the sailor of the navy Tokai fleet frigate detached force, a vice-group leader until April, 1970. I take office as shooting conduct device charge military corporal of 6601 type frigate Kunming, the vice-gunnery head from April, 1970 to November, 1971. I take office as the vice-gunnery head of model frigate Chengdu in 6601 in November, 1971.
I take office as an east fleet frigate detached force headquarters strategy training department staff officer in November, 1972. I act as the vice-captain, the captain of trip size type I destroyer Changsha from August, 1976. I act as 月海軍東海艦隊某水警区司令部訓練科副科長 in 9 in 1979. I learn in an Institute of navy conduct war vessel conduct group of Nanjing from September, 1980 to January, 1981.

I take office as a member of navy vice-commander in navy vice-chief of staff, August, 2006 in June, 2003. I take office as the navy chief of staff in December, 2006 and become the additional post with a member of navy vice-commander. I leave my office in the navy chiefs of staff in January, 2009.
