The foundation where the general Buddhism arts and sciences promotion society Foundation (ぶっきょうがくじゅつしんこうかい British: Society for the Promotion of Buddhist Studies) was established for promotion of the Buddhology. It was a foundation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology jurisdiction, but shifted to the general foundation with public service corporation system reform before.
