A Japanese company [1] which has "the Japanese last" to an analog record manufacturing facility said to be it "alone in Asia" as for the Orient formation (seems to ask it, or hurries). I perform printing business and the electroforming plating business [2].

Summary

The Orient formation was established for capital 3 million yen in 1959 and ran a factory and the chapel which prepared the materials of the SP record at first [3]. In 1961, I maintained materials production and a pressing plant in response to the switch to a record made of vinyl chloride and after that it escalated record production business while repeating increase of capital and repeated the new establishments of the factory [3]. In 1965, I started a contract of the record master production (cutting master ring) and moved the head office to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo in 1971 and was increased the capital to 450 million yen capital in 1974 [3].

I pushed forward reduction and the reorganization of the business scale after the 1980s when the demand to an analog record retrogressed with the spread of CDs and established the Suehiro factory of Suehirocho, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama-shi in 2002 and gathered all business including head office function [3]. I set up the office in Tokyo after 2004 and, after the reorganization, moved the head office to Minamiaoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo in 2010 [3].

As for the electroforming plating business, it is wrestled as a technique about precision improvement of the metal Stampa in the press process of the record, and thereafter die production is performed including master production of a CD and the DVD widely [4].

Other companies withdrew in succession, and, "the Japanese last," came to be said to be an analog record manufacturer "alone in Asia"; in late years tours to observe the manufacturing process come to be often held [5].
