Sampson county (British: Sampson County) is a county located in the southern part of United States of America North Carolina. It was 63,431 people, and the population in the 2010 national census rose 5.4% from 60,161 people of 2000 [1]. County seat is a city of the population maximum in the county that is Clinton city (a population of 8,639 people [2]).

History
The Sampson county separated from the phosphorus county to duplicate in 1784 and was established. It was a first land registration official of the phosphorus county that the county name duplicated and was named for John Sampson who acted as Mayor first generation of the city in Wilmington.
Sampson county is a birth place of William King of a politician and the diplomat. King acted as North Carolina election United States of America member of the House of Representatives, Alabama election United States of America member of the Upper House and was chosen as the Vice President of the thirteenth United States of America with President Franklin Pearce in 1852.
