Geography
In a county located in the northwest inland of Hwanghae-namdo, I border Nagabuchi county to the south three spring counties to the east Yin chestnut county to the north クァイル county to the northwest.
History
It was called 麻耕伊 (マギョンイ /마경이), a board hemp skewer (パンマゴッ /판마곳) for Kokuryo Era. Aomatsu prefecture, a board hemp skewer were changed to a fine rice plant prefecture 麻耕伊 for Korai Era. Both prefectures could be put together in the Korea Heian period, and 松禾県 was put and belonged to the Yellow Sea way.
It becomes 海州府松禾郡, 1896 年黄海道松禾郡 in 1895. I was complicated with Toyokawa county in March, 1909. The county level at the time included a part of current クァイル county, three spring counties and was the county that lengthened into long pieces in the inland from the Yellow Sea coast.
13 115 villages belonged as of August 15, 1945. 松禾郡 (1 邑 29 village) was reorganized by local administration division reorganization of 1952 of North Korea.
松禾果樹農場地区 was put in the northwestern part (coastal place) in March, 1963. This area was isolated as クァイル county in October, 1967.
