The federal capital district (Federal Capital Territory, FCT) is a metropolitan area of Abuja located in the central part of Nigeria. I was divided from the domain of a previous northwest state, State of ベヌエ = Heights, the State of northern part center saying that I was located the center of the country of 12 states in 1976 after the Biafra war when I was reorganized by 19 states and was installed. I am located the north of the junction of Niger River and the ベヌエ river. The capital function was transferred from Lagos in 1991, too. After 1996, I contact with ナイジャ state to the west コギ state to the south ナサラワ state to the east カドゥナ state to the north. It is dotted with rocky mountains in savanna.
Inhabitants
In the indigenous people, a イグビラ group almost lives in the southwestern part with a グワリ group [1].
District assembly
Six district assemblies equivalent to the local government assembly of other states are put.
