王文韶
王文韶 (Wang Wenshao, from 1830 to 1908 to carry it to chase it) is a bureaucrat of 清末. The character called 夔 stone, 号 退圃 in 耕娯 or 賡 fear, the later years. I promoted westernization. Zhejiang Ninna (current Hangzhou City) native place.
Origin
