Asao Iguchi

Asao Iguchi (いぐちあさお, 1925 (1925) from May 6 to 1999 (1999) April 9) is a Japanese historical novel writer, a period novel writer. Tokyo birth. Nippon University department of literature (history specialty) graduation. A member of association of Japanese literary person. Father is Kiichiro Yamate of the period novel writer. The niece is Yoko Isaka of the poet.

I die of cerebral infarction (1999) at a hospital in Tokyo on April 9 in 1999. Age at death 73.

Brief career history

I loved reading a work of Tatsuo Hori and Michizo Tachihara in boyhood [1]. In order to advance to the way of the novel; is participation in novel study session "wind and others is meeting" of the Hiroshi Muneta sponsorship. I apply for a storytelling club prize to father secretly and win a fine work, but it comes out and says to father that there was one disturbance because it was the same address [1]. I make my debut in "the wind and cloud one-eyed heroes" who drew (1956), Masamune Date of the young day in 1956. Centering on two women loving (1961), Kanetsugu Naoe and him in 1961, it is candidate the 45th Naoki Prize by "the azure sky nimbi" which described a life full of disturbance of 兼続 vividly. As for the ibidem, the sequel is published, and I do a bound volume later, and it may be said that it is publication, a masterpiece. A style with the tranquility to hark back to lyricism and serious literature harking back to a prose poem is a good point while being the history, a period novel [1]. The period novel that flowed into it dealt a lot with warm eyes to the common soldiers who did not have the name and the woman who was poor beautifully including the historical novel of the thing in a war-torn country, chaotic times and dealt with the existing stuff such as "descriptions of detention" which I wrote down a detention experience to the Soviet Union slightly.

In addition, I continued publishing the coterie magazine and continued being published until just before death of Iguchi of 1999 in two magazine "times" with Fuyuji Domon (to 13 of 1999 (1999) March publication).
