Yuji Masuda (ますだゆうじ, February 7, 1971 -) is a shogi shogi player. NaraGose-shiA native place. Nobuo Mori is of the same discipline. The shogi player number is 225.

Person
During elementary school six years, I came third in Nara meeting of the judo [1]. However, I come to fall into shogi afterwards.
It is the second pupil of Nobuo Mori who is known as "a teacher of Sei Murayama". There were Shingo Sawada of 2009, the entering simultaneous professional of Naoshi Oishi, too, and, in the Hajime Mori gate, it was in a large family. By the death of best pupil Murayama, Masuda becomes a pupil of the lead status in the school.
I registered my marriage on May 18, 2008 and performed the banquet by the Nobuo Mori school.
Go career
As for the entering encouragement society, 14 years old, the entering three steps of leagues were slow with 21 years old. I was registered at three steps of leagues for the eleventh .5 and a half years, but the state that results were not sweet continued. However, a chance comes over in a league in the first half of 1997. Finally I gain the results of 12 wins six defeats of the thing which lost 3 consecutive games and do four steps of promotion (entering professional) at 26 years old.

Five sets win the championship at the Ryuo war to 2005 (the 18th). I won the championship and rose four sets to three sets to 2008 (the 21st). In addition, as a champion of the groups, I went into this war tournament each, but all are defeated by a first match. The partner was a younger disciple with two people strangely (defeated to Itotani Tetsuro with Daisuke, the 21st in a piece with the 18th).
On September 11, 2009, give 120 wins after five steps of promotion; to six steps promotion (the 51st throne war, pair, Mamoru Hatakeyama war).
When I do it by the 67th game for deciding ranking of 2008 in the eleventh year and suffer the first degradation point, I have a hard fight by a game for deciding ranking afterwards. I barely escape from a degradation point with an order difference though it ends in three wins seven defeats in 2012. In 2013, it ends in three wins seven defeats and becomes degradation point 2. In 2014 that lasted, it ended in three wins seven defeats in two sets of the 73rd game for deciding ranking Class C, and it was in degradation point 3, and it was admission to freak RAS.
Way of playing go
