Curl オリヴェクローナ

Curl オリヴェクローナ (Karl Olivecrona, from October 25, 1897 to 1980) is a Swedish jurist, lawyer.

Person

I learn from 1915 through 1920 in Uppsala University and study under accelerator ヘーガーシュトレーム which is the founder of the Uppsala realism law. I made up a tide of the realism law in the Scandinavian principle of law idea along with Alf L.A. of Denmark [¹].

Thought

It is the basic claim of the North European realist to deny the existence by returning law to a psychological fact.
