• I announce the business revival plan by - Yakult group leadership in November, 2008.

  • I finish - mail order business in the end of January. I finish the production of all mail order-limited products and some commercial products and narrow down a product lineup.
  • I close - Tochigi Sano factory (Sano-shi, Tochigi) in the end of February, and a production function is gathered considerably by a truth ball factory (Bungotakada-shi, Oita).
  • Managing Director Hideaki Maruyama from - Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. takes office as the new president on March 1.
• It becomes the 100% subsidiary of - Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. on April 1 and changes the company name to Yakult Health Foods and transfers the head office considerably in a truth ball factory from Tokyo.
• I move - Tokyo establishment (2-39-8, Hatagaya, Shibuya-ku) on April 26, 2010 (3-12-8, Hacchobori, Chuo-ku). I change Tokyo branch office and the name in addition.
