Toyomoto Mori (もうりとよもと) is local people of the Aki country of the Muromachi era. The Mori present head of a household. As a subordinate personnel of Bingo protection Koretoyo Yamana, I fought in one place after another in Kawachi, Kii. The name of "Toyomoto" received 偏諱 from Koretoyo Yamana, too and gave my name.

Career

Because 是豊 was the east military by the Onin War, Toyomoto belonged to the east military, too and spent days of the war in Kyoto. However, when Toyomoto who had dissatisfaction towards measures to Mori on the east military side went back (1471) for civilization three years, I took sides with Masahiro Ouchi of the influential daimyo on the west forces side and got back feudal tenure. After this, Mori becomes one of the local people feudal lords affiliated with Ouchi.

I suppress protest demanding a debt moratorium of the east military support and send away the east forces that surrounded base Kagamiyama Castle of the Aki rule of Ouchi again and will contribute to power extension to Aki of Ouchi. I was given a part of the Saijo Basin from Masahiro Ouchi by these meritorious services in war as feudal tenure. In addition, I helped Masatake Yamana of the west military in the Bingo country and developed an army and a fierce battle of Koretoyo Yamana of the east forces that was an original master and repulsed this and acquired a part of the Sera plateau.

It was Toyomoto who made an effort for power expansion of Mori, but I made (1476), 33-year-old youth for civilization eight years and died of illness.
