The first independent communication brigade (1-яотдельнаябригадасвязи, abbreviated designation 1обрс) is one of the brigade of the Russian army. I guarantee communication of the district under jurisdiction of Moscow military and perform the recording of the inspection parade in Red Square, the duties service of the foreign inspection group. Honorary title "Sevastopol" has red flag decoration, Alexander Nevsky decoration, Akaboshi decoration.

History
Soviet Union Era
- January 23, 1918: Soviet Union military engineer battalion formation first in the old barracks of the ヤウザ riverside bank.
