Joshinetsu Expressway (じょうしんえつじどうしゃどう, JOSHIN-ETSU EXPRESSWAY) is an expressway reaching Joetsu JCT of Joetsu-shi, Niigata via Nagano-shi, Nagano from Fujioka junction (JCT) of Fujioka-shi, Gunma (national highway). East Nippon Expressway is during management, business. The abbreviated designation Joshinetsu Expressway (じょうしんえつどう, JOSHIN-ETSU EXPWY).
