Ryu Mizuno
The person who Ryu Mizuno (Ryo not to look after, December 4, 1859 (Ansei November 11, 6) - August 20, 1951) founded 皇國殖民会社, overseas encouragement of new industry Co., Ltd., and dealt with a Japanese Brazilian emigrant for the first time. It is done with the person who should compare it with Hellman ブルーメナウ (Hermann Blumenau) which is the pioneer of the German colony of the Santa Catalina state. 勲六等単光旭日章. A honorary citizen chapter was presented in 2010 by the Brazil Sao Paulo municipal assembly.

Career
I followed Fukao that the Mizuno house was said to be a vassal of lord of a castle, Fukao of the Mino country, and it was the senior retainer of the Tosa feudal clan after a fight of Sekigahara and gave Ikeno family name, but I entered the Meiji and restored it in Mizuno family name. I learn from birth, town school, name religion building (Meiko is not isolated) as the second son of Tosa clansman, the Mizuno tortoise child, and it was Kitahara village primary school teacher, but I go to Tokyo at 18 years old and graduate from (1888), Keio school organized by contributions in 1888 and get married during duty in Shojiro Goto communication aspect with 岩佐規矩与 of the Tokushima clansman in the 聘 せられて Okayama prefectural office. Via 吉佐移民合資会社, I receive the cooperation of the Fukashi Sugimura minister and visit Brazil (1905) via Peru in 1905. I settle the Japanese agriculture emigrant introduction contract of 3,000 people for Sao Paulo state government and three years and return home once. Supervise 781 first Brazilian first emigrants to an assistant for transportation in Shuhei Uetsuka (1908) 1908, and is the shade door-maru; a re-visit to Brazil. I return home after this and obtain Takemura colonization firm by transfer (1915) in 1915 and establish colonization Co., Ltd. in South America. I organize a Brazilian emigrant association. I annexed a lot of emigrant colonist companies (1916) in December in 1916 and established an overseas encouragement of new industry company and repeated the ups and downs on the business side after winding during this period, but the Japanese emigrant recorded approximately a little less than 3,000 by (1920) in 1920.
In 1924, I emigrate with a family (I return home at one time on the way postwar period, remigration). I am engaged earnestly in the emigrant introduction to the state while engaging in agriculture in the chestnut Chiba suburbs. I am commended as an emigrant person who has rendered distinguished services on an emigrant visit to Brazil silver jubilee in Japan (1933) in June in 1933, and 勲六等単光旭日章 is given in Empire Day in the next year.
In addition, I establish Brazil Sao Paulo state government agency contracted coffee release place "coffee Paulista" in Brazil in (1910) in 1910 (there was the support of Shigenobu Okuma, too). In Japan, I opened Ginza "coffee Paulista" afterwards [1].
