Position of the Oshima ward

The Oshima ward (I suppose and wind it up) is a local autonomous district of Joetsu-shi, Niigata. Former Oshima, Higashikubiki-gun village became the admission in Joetsu-shi on January 1, 2005 and became the Oshima ward.
