Northwest Airlines 74 flights belly landing accident (74 びんどうたいちゃくりくじこ which Northwest consumes in this way) is the aircraft accident of Northwest Airlines 74 flights that occurred in Guam International Airport in (2005) in 2005 (belly landing accident).

Summary of the accident

I left Narita Airport at about 9:45, and the Northwest Airlines 74th flight was going to arrive at the Guam International Airport at about 14:25. Northwest Airlines 74 flights picked up 335 crew passengers and left on schedule, and, on August 19, 2005, they flew smoothly. It landed at about 14:15 at the local time, and although I did not have any problem to there, I was running on a runway, and a front wheel was broken and, as a result, made a belly landing. I barely stopped on a runway, but the passenger was made to wait for a while in a plane. Several minutes later, the passenger started escape. However, smoke has been already pervasive before the guest room. All the crew passengers get away safely. In the case of escape, three people of them only got injured.

The Guam International Airport was closed under the influence of an accident for a while, and the flight to Guam did a die baht in Andersen Air Force Base.

Accident cause
