ゴウチェイ (British: Gautier, [ˈɡoʊˌtʃeɪ]) is the southern Gulf Coast of United States of America Mississippi, a city of the Jackson county. I belong to the パスカグーラ metropolis and am located the west of the パスカグーラ city. The population in the national census was 18,572 people for 2,010 years. In 2002, ゴウチェイ annexed a nearby domain according to "ゴウチェイ inclusion plan 2030" and made the population nearly 2 times [2]. The go Ches who caused the name of ゴウチェイ (French: [ɡotje]) の descendant lives in the area now.
ゴウチェイ city is a bedroom town and a resort town, and there is a historical site among Bayeux and the damp ground in house with the personality, 3 two places of noble golf courses. The natural environments of ゴウチェイ provide many opportunities for recreation and an ecotourism. Because vacant land is abundant and in late years tends to grow up along a seaside for development, it is predicted that I will increase steadily in future, and the population of the city is estimated when it is to 22,788 in 2025 [3]. History
The name of the town of ゴウチェイ is adopted from the go Ches who moved from Lyon, France. Fernando Upton go Che (from 1822 to 1891) was born in the cargo boat that the parents emigrated to New Orleans. In 1867, go Che builds a large house near the basin river mouth of the パスカグーラ river [4], and it is still left. A town grew up including a certain sex lumbering in the future from there in the area. The house is called "old place" in a hometown and Fernando Upton go Che and the wife, a descendant of Theresa Fay ard go Che (from 1828 to 1911) own it now [4] and are used for a personal event public again.
Structure of the municipal administration prefecture

Education
パスカグーラ ゴウチェイ education school district has jurisdiction over the public education of the ゴウチェイ city. The main secondary education school was ゴウチェイ Senior High School and founded a school in 1996 and was given Blue Ribbon Award from the United States of America Department of Education in 2005. In addition, there are ゴウチェイ Junior High School, a singing river academy and three elementary schools.
The Jackson county campus of the Mississippi gulf coast community college is in the ゴウチェイ city, and it is one of the campuses of this college which is four.
Hurricane Katrina
On August 29, 2005, ゴウチェイ became one of many cities where Hurricane Katrina was damaged. Most of houses in accord with the shore were disturbed or were flooded. It was only the damage caused by some wind of the house which was built on the hill in accord with the shore. The house of the water's edge was destroyed completely, and there was the thing which only foundations were left. In some cases, even the foundations were broken to half. As for the house built on the pillar of 13 feet above see level (4m) in particular, a floor was stripped off by the bottom. Most of the houses above the northern part of ゴウチェイ, the railroad track suffered damage for the wind, but remained almost unhurt. Though I was injured, the historical house of Fernando Upton go Che is flawless, and I am used for business by Hurricane Katrina.
Economic development after Hurricane Katrina
Special ward law (go zone) was legislated passing through the American United States Congress in December, 2005 at Gulf of Mexico opportunity and, by Katrina, Rita, Wilma and the hurricane that continued, provided a priority plan of the economic development in 49 counties that suffered damage of each state including Mississippi. The bonus depreciation of 50% for assets used before an exemption from taxation personal activity bond, fixed income house tax loan of 106 million dollars and setting the term set before of 4,900 million dollars was included in the measures given priority.
