Career
I am from Tokyo. I learn a piano and a violin for the childhood period. I graduate from 桐朋女子高等学校音楽科. During Toho Gakuen School of Music attendance at school, I studied under Hideo Saito, Kazuyoshi Akiyama, Seiji Ozawa, Tadashi Mori, Nanao Yamamoto and others and learned cheironomy and, in 1977, won the championship in Karajan leader contest Japan.
After having graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music in 1978, I study in the Berlin Phil orchestra academy and act as an assistant of Karajan from March, 1979 to December, 1985.

I acted as the musical director (from January, 1993 to March, 2008) of the Gunma symphony orchestra, the original leader (from April, 2003 to March, 2012) of the Sapporo symphony orchestra. I take office as an assistant professor at Toho Gakuen School of Music music department in April, 2006.
In the case of the sound track of the signature tune of the NHK TV saga Shingen Takeda's flag slogan broadcasted in 2007, I commanded NHK Symphony Orchestra.

I appeared in the new national theater for the first time in February, 2011 and commanded an opera "evening crane" of 團伊玖磨.
