Jaguar, XJR-11 is the group C car which Tom war Kyn show racing (TWR) produced for world sports prototype car championships (WSPC) in 1989. XJR-10 is an approximately car of the same type.

Summary

The engine was changed from the V-twelve of the large displacement volume normal aspiration to XJR-9 to 3.5 liters of V-six turbo AJ6 made in Austin Rover. In 1989, in 1990, the engine management system uses bosh モトロニック in ザイテック.

Tony South Gate performed the chassis design, and loss Brown succeeded development in 1990 after the South Gate retirement.

The turbo machine is developed for IMSA use at first, and the injection of 4 valve specifications of NA, the V12 cylinder engine was planned in WSPC [1], but will cast a turbo machine into WSPC.

The debut match is the fourth war buran hatch. I run the whole distance with the fifth place, but will play second fiddle to Aston Martin, AMR-1 (the fourth place) of the same U.K. After that the aging does not advance, and the TWR jaguar will throw a machine up in most end of the war Rodrigues (Mexico) in XJR-9.

The TWR jaguar switched from Dunlop which used the tire for a long time to Goodyear from 1990, the following day. I played Toyota and a fight for intense leading the charge in opening game Suzuka in the early stages, but an end game gearbox and a turbo were broken and were over for retirement. Even if I went on the winners' platform with the third place next to two Mercedes for the first time in second war Monza, and there was falling off of Mercedes in the hometown silver stone of the third war, I decorated first championship with 1-2 finish. I held the ranking second place a year and finished a season though he/she often went to the top with the tire performance in Nissan to be inferior to (I attach Dunlop) in the latter half in a season. However, the difference with annual king Mercedes had the thing which it was hard to bury.

In 1991, the TWR jaguar of SWC shifted to XJR-14 of the Category 1 (3.5 liters of normal aspiration deployment) with a machine, but XJR-11 participated in JSPC by Japanese Sun Tec racing. I often showed fast running, but was top with the sixth place of fifth round Sugao letting a season go through without being tied to a result.
