This park was established in plottage of approximately 5.4 hectares on June 27, 1996 [3]. Anyone can enter freely anytime in the garden [4]. But the tile building of the museum located in a garden is charged and cannot enter it for set business hours. There is a small hill in the garden, and this hill can see Yosan Line of Shikoku Railway Company which lies across the north in the east and west direction immediately of this park from the car window of the running train. And I can see the Seto Inland Sea from this hill. In addition, a Yoshino cherry tree, a rose, a hydrangea, a plum are planted in the garden and can see these floral art if they choose the time [5].
