Hiroyuki Ichiyanagi (いちやなぎひろゆき, March 16, 1971 -) is a Japanese comic artist, a former game creator. A wife the Shiihara rain jacket (Shiihara でぃせあ) of the comic artist.
The steering wheel name on the net and the name as the comic artist are ROBIN. The origin is Robin zander.

Career
