Formation of the British army
By the formation (British りくぐんのへんせい) of the British army, I refer to formation of the British army.
Table of contents
Strategy organization
Ground troop headquarters (Headquarters Land Forces)
The first-class strategy headquarters of the British army commanded by a ground troop Commander in chief (Commander-in-Chief Land Forces). Former title Headquaters Land Command. Because personnel affairs, army vice-overseeing and directing department in charge of training, legal affairs, a military policeman which was going to be taken over (Adjutant General's Corps) remained as the other organization after all, there is not the changed function, authority other than a name particularly.
Field army (Field Army)
The military unit where actual fighting injection is possible belongs to the field army without the military unit which "I can deploy" saying by a definition of the British army that is reorganization basically immediately. Field army is an organization managing the operational unit, but field army headquarters itself does not do strategy conduct.

Combatant
The British army is constructed by the combatants such as a cavalry soldier, a foot soldier, the gunner. It is the outline as follows.
Cavalry soldier
It is composed a heavy cavalry regiment, a light cavalryman regiment belonging to the Royal Horse Guards where the cavalry soldier belongs to the Royal Family cavalry division (Household Cavalry) and the royal armor army corps (Royal Armoured Corps) by a royal tank regiment. Name in itself of the combatant becomes a cavalry soldier, but this only succeeds a historic name in the present age, and there are few practical meanings including the division such as a heavy cavalry, the light cavalryman. I do not assume horseback riding a duty and really assume a tank, armor reconnaissance, NBC protection and those training a duty except later Horse Guards.
The cavalry soldier regiment of the British army is comprised of the headquarters, around four battle squadrons and various support people and is battalion organization substantially.
I adopt slightly special organization about the Royal Horse Guards and will reconstitute a Royal Family cavalry soldier horseback riding regiment (ceremonial arms corps) to extract a Royal Family cavalry soldier regiment (combat troop) to extract an each two squadron from life garfish (Life Guard) and Blues and Royals which are two administrative regiments belonging to the Royal Family cavalry division, and to constitute in four squadrons in total and for each one squadron, and to constitute in two squadrons in total.
I win one regiment for a ceremonial arms duty from a beginning without reconstituting two regiments expressly from two regiments, and the which allotted a remaining one regiment for a battle duty is effective from the viewpoint of management efficiency clearly, but it is such a slightly complicated organization to evade it because in such a case the tradition as the guard of the regiment of either is lost. In addition, it is said that this had direct intention of Queen Elizabeth II.
In addition, in life garfish regiment and the Blues and Royals regiment, the form top will not belong to the royal armor army corps because the Royal Family cavalry division is equal with royal armor army corps on the formality. But I am treated as a thing of the bundles substantially and therefore am usually written jointly in the form called a Royal Family cavalry division and royal armor army corps. In addition, a Royal Family cavalry division will be described earlier than royal armor army corps by all means at this chance.
Current organization
- Royal Family cavalry soldier (Household Cavalry)
- Life garfish (The Life Guards)
- To the squadron / Royal Family cavalry soldier horseback riding regiment (Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment) (ceremonial arms duty)

Foot soldier
The foot soldier is comprised of Special Forces, the security force belonging to an Imperial Guardsman foot soldier (Foot Guard) belonging to the Imperial Guard Division (Guard Division) and a linesman (Line Infantry) belonging to a Kings division (King's Dvision), Scottish division (Scottish Division), prince of Wales division (Prince of Wales' Division), queens division (Queen's Division), the light infantry (Light Division) and none. In addition, the division here is the recruitment of recruits and an administrative body taking responsibility for basic trainnings mainly, and it is necessary to warn the thing that is different from the division as the battle organization at all.
The infantry of the British army is comprised of regiment headquarters and one by up to five (if I include a non-active military unit seven) foot soldier battalions except Special Forces. The infantry except Special Forces does not command the battle in a complete administrative command. Therefore I will receive conduct of the brigade not a regiment when a foot soldier battalion is incorporated in the brigade.
In addition, it is organization to put all only one battalion under the regiment about five regiments of the Imperial Guardsman foot soldier, but a squadron holds for each one squadron which, in addition, performs a ceremonial arms duty about three regiments of Glenat Deer garfish (Grenadier Guards), cold stream garfish (Coldstream Guards), スコッツガーズ (Scots Guards) in the whole year called the reinforcement Imperial Guardsman squadron (Guards Incremental Companies).
An Imperial Guardsman foot soldier and the linesman of the British army adopt the unique system called the arm plot system (Arms Plot System), and, in each battalion (not a regiment), an armor foot soldier (I use rear foot soldier battle car wow), a mechanization foot soldier (I use a Saxon armored personnel carrier), a light foot soldier will rotate each duty of air fierce attack, the public duty (ceremonial arms duty in London) in a period from 2 through 6. System in itself is abolished probably because this system is non-efficiency after a prospect and reorganization of the army doing it completed 2008 in progress now, and each battalion will take the coherent duty that is not rotated.

Gunner
The gunner is comprised by each regiment of the royal mounting a horse gunner (Royal Horse Artillery) belonging to the royal gunner regiment (Royal Artillery Regiment) and 第 x royal gunner regiment and other gunner regiments which refer a number, and are called it. Though the royal gunner regiment is an organization of the army corps scale to hold the military unit of 22 regiments only by an active regiment if include 16 regiments, non-active play corps; the name up to the present as ever of "the regiment" remain it.
The British gunner regiment is comprised of the headquarters and 3 to 4 shooting squadrons and various support people and does not have a battalion organization such as the infantry. Therefore the name is a regiment, but is the organization of the battalion scale substantially.
Each regiment is each duty of homeland defense, air defense, whole support (I use MLRS), proximity support (I use AS90/155mm self-propelled gun), proximity support (I use L118/105mm light howitzer), observation and aim capture, the training. The duty of each regiment is fixed unlike a foot soldier battalion.
In addition, in the case of an emergency, the royal mounting a horse gunner, king squadron (King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery) gets a "homeland defense" duty, but it is an approximately complete ceremonial arms corps in a time of peace and does the cart which picked up a coffin in the case of shooting a QF 13 pounds gun (it is completely a gun of the ceremony use, and there is not the value as the weapon in the modern war at all) with ceremonies as a salute and a state funeral with 牽 くこと duty. In addition, in the case of absence, the above-mentioned Royal Family cavalry soldier horseback riding regiment may get a ceremonial arms duty as a cavalry soldier for some reason as a change corps in London.
