パノム county is a county of southern part, Surat Thani, Thailand (アムプー).

Name

"A mountain" means with パノム.

History

It is 1890 that a county was made. Clonal tea was county (อำเภอคลองชะอุ่น) yes, but because a county agency moved to タムボン パークパノム later, I renamed it to パークパノム county (อำเภอปากพนม), but the original name was renamed to パノム county briefly later. I was demoted in the share county (キンアムプー), and, in 1910, the パノム county was put in the low rank of the キーリーラットニコム county [¹]. I was promoted to the county (アムプー) again afterwards on November 14, 1971 [²].

Geography

The most of the county are Phuket Mountains, and 60% of the domain of the county are a mountainous area or the forest area. The northwestern part is protected as face ソック national park in mountainous areas, and the southwest is protected as clone パノム national park.

National highway No. 401 folds the traffic for east and west and is connected with the タクワパー area to the Surat Thani west to the east. In addition, National highway No. 415 extends to the south and National highway No. 4118 runs the south and is connected with the tap putto area with the アーオルック area.

Economic

The main industry in the county is agriculture, and a Para rubber tree, Elaeis guineensis, coffee, fruit are produced.
