扁参礁 (editing English to carry: Tetley Reef, Vietnamese :ĐáNinh Hoà/�� 寧和) is a reef in the southeastern part of 堆 called union heaped-up (English: Union Banks, Chinese: 九章群礁) of Spratly Islands. I am 1 nautical mile away from 竜蝦礁. People's Republic of China, Republic of China (Taiwan) and Vietnam insist on sovereignty, too. ^[1]
