It is kind of the plant of the Plantaginaceae germander genus with オオカワヂシャ (scientific name Veronica anagallis-aquatica). It is originally from the northern part of Asia and takes root in Japan as a naturalized species from Europe.

Distribution

I assume the northern part of Asia the place of origin from Europe [¹].

I put it into Japan (the Kanto district, the Chubu District) and am distributed [¹].

Characteristic

I grow it in the herb of many years characteristics from a first grader on a riverbank and a rice field, a river or the bank of wetlands and I lengthen a rhizome and spread. The height becomes 30cm - approximately 100cm. I lengthen waste flowers from the root of the leaf and let a lot of flowers of the white purple bloom for from April to September.
