Akira Koizumi (economist)

Akira Koizumi (こいずみあきら, from February 10, 1913 to February 8, 1977) is a Japanese economist. Major in Keynesian economics; international financial science. President of Hitotsubashi University.

Origin

KanagawaYokohama-shiA native place. I graduate from Tokyo university of commerce (existing Hitotsubashi University) in 1938 and enter Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Co., but I resign from the company in 1940 and take office as an assistant at Tokyo university of commerce.
