Commentary

After it being three years seven months since then from last single "SHANGRI-LA", and playing an active part as a musical actress; first; is transfer first singles from TOSHIBA EMI to Mercury (existing universal music) again. It is got close as company CM song of OPPEN COSMETICS where I appeared while the person sings it emotionally (used for CM of the company which let TVCM reopen in 2008 again), but Saitama is the CM song of "the country of attractive much 彩" (Kanto is local or TV Saitama and televises it).

Super long tone
