Toshio Asakura (あさくらとしお, July 19, 1956 -) is a wrestler of free-style and the Greco-Roman style. The rank 52 kg grade [1]. Now a professor [2] of the distinguished citizen Tachi University. Furthermore, I act as an instructor in 拓真館 wrestling class [3].

Origin

It was a wrestler of the Greco-Roman style first. I came second in 52 kg of all-Japan championships grade of 1978 when I advanced from the amount of Kagoshima business and industry to the distinguished citizen Tachi University [1]. When I became an assistant at distinguished citizen Tachi University in 1979 and won the championship at 52 kg of all-Japan championships grade, even the world championship came third. Even an all-Japan championship of 1980 won the championship and became a representative of Moscow OLYMPIC, but was over to the representative of the illusion for a boycott [1]. I won the all-Japan championship and world championship when I converted to 52 kg grade of the free-style because Yuji Takada of the Montreal Olympics gold medalist retired in 1981 [1]. In addition, I won the championship at the championship in Asia. I lost with three rounds by the world championship though I won the championship at an all-Japan championship in 1982, but won the Asian Games. I became distinguished citizen Tachi University teacher in 1983 and achieved 5 straight victories by the all-Japan championship, but it ended in the second place by the world championship, and, as for 2 straight victories, it was not. I came second in championship, the 57 kg grade of the free-style with 57 kg grade of the Greco long novel by the championship in Asia. I was defeated by Yuji Takada of the Tatebayashi high school teacher who came back and remained in the second place and was not able to participate in the Los Angeles Olympics as the all-Japan championship of 1984 [1]. I achieved 3 straight victories until 1987 when I won the championship at 57 kg grade by the all-Japan championship of 1985. However, the ninth by the all-Japan championship of 1990 when was not able to participate in the Seoul Olympics of 1988 [1] including the Greco long novel times; won the championship.
