The old Makitas house (きゅうまきたけじゅうたく) is Kurayoshi-shi, Tottori, a landmark architecture in the Utsubuki ball Kawaju biography district. I am transcribed into the Yodo, Kurayoshi shop by historic process.

Summary
The building which was built as a house of the Makitas who inherited a けとして Yodo shop for a business magnate of Osaka, 闕所後, the noren of the Yodo shop. The storehouses existed before, too, but only a central room and an attachment person stay now. After the Makitas died out early in the Meiji era, I was used as a post office and a rented house, but the value of the building was found in 1979 by an investigation of (1979). When a building was donated to Kurayoshi-shi in 2006, a city purchased land and an attachment shop, and preservation repair construction was carried out from 2007.
In the central room, in the building of (age of an emperor ten years), the attachment shop, it becomes clear than a billboard announcing a framework-raising ceremony confirmed in the case of an investigation in 1838 in 1760 to be a building of (Tenpo era nine years).
