A gangland war case with Sekine group (as for the gang leader Masaru Sekine) of Tokyo City where the Sekine group and the rivalry case (せきねぐみとほりいいっかのこうそうじけん) of the Horii family began in the middle of November (1939) in 1939 and the Horii family (as for the president Kato biography Taro) of Kanagawa Katase.
