Organization development

It is one of the business administration terms with the organization development (そしきかいはつ). It being demanded that I continue continuing, and therefore what's called company making a company with form in accord with a social change newly, and continuing changing it. As for this, organization climate is reformed by a policy of the top of the company after having utilized the theory of the behavioral science. I am active as a nucleus by the activity in the group and am that organization climate makes it with form including each other's consciousness and understanding at the personal level in and is changed.
