I performed share intellect of Chiisagata-gun 2000 stone (the Yazawa estate of retainer) to Masakatsu of the younger brother, and the fief of the Ueda feudal clan became 58,000 stones on this occasion. I lived in Suwabe of the Ueda outside the castle after a retired person and changed my name to Naomasa. のち takes the tonsure and claims a way rest.
