HD 6434 is the eighth class fixed star in the direction of Phoenix. It is a yellow main sequence star similar to the sun, but is around 3,200 million years old and a young star. Because the yellow main sequence star is not such a spirited star, I cannot see it by the naked eye at the distance of 130 light-year. If it is ideal observation environment, I can see it using binoculars.
The extrasolar planet which revolved at this fixed star in 2000 was discovered [2].
