刁 The prefecture where the 翎 prefecture (butterfly Rei - けん) ever existed in People's Republic of China Heilungjiang. I am equivalent to the northwestern part of current Mudanjiang City Linkou prefecture.
History
I divided it from Yilan prefecture as (name of an era in the Republic of China 36 years), a liberated area of the Chinese Communist Party in 1947 during a country cocivil war period and was installed. It is abolished in 1949 and is admitted into the Linkou prefecture.
