Striated muscle

Because apparently a regular wide crest is seen, the striated muscle (I forbid a thing to carry on the back) is called by kind of the muscle of the vertebrate in this way. Furthermore, it is distinguished to a skeletal muscle, cutaneous muscle (facial striated muscles) and myocardium.

Because myosin equals actin constituting muscular fiber (fiber) regularly, this wide crest is seen. The myofibril (fiber) comprised of them goes through a cell and lines up, and therefore there is not the division of the cell, and it is in so-called 合胞体 with plural nuclei in the place where it lengthens into long pieces, and myofibrils lined up inside.

They locate it in the striated muscle in turn regularly whereas fiber (fiber) of actin and myosin is in the cell with other muscles separately, and even an optical microscope can confirm the state that the obi which therefore is bright and a gloomy obi arrange in turn. This became the entrance that neared the understanding at the molecular level of the muscular contraction.
