A company of Kudamatsu-shi, Yamaguchi where the rise (じょうしょう, Josho Co.Ltd.) Co., Ltd. runs the game software store "chameleon clubs." Motobu, Tokyo is located in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Other than a chameleon club, the ancient book "book stadiums" are run rental video cassette shop "video 1" a general thrift shop "ぼっくり shop".
Origin
In 1982, 金岡勇均 (president-director) opens a secondhand article dealer "ぼっくり shop" in Tokuyama-shi (existing: Shunan-shi). Because popularity of the game software in particular was high, I open a game software store "chameleon club" in quotient materials in 1989 and develop a franchise chain (FC) nationwide. I enter into a use of trademark contract of "Nintendo" with Nintendo with other convincing FC in 1991 and participate in Japan video game chain association (JAG) organization in 1992.
I step forward to Tokyo in 1993. I move the head office to Kudamatsu-shi in March, 1994. However, I form a video game business meeting with light sound company (existing NESTAGE), box group and others over sales contract of home-use game console, Play Station which Sony computer entertainment released in December, 1994 in conflict with other FC, and Kaneoka takes office as the chief director. However, because the distress of the FC participation shop for the pressure of the maker continued turning worse, I reverse myself in 1997 and leave a meeting and participate in the video game software circulation association (ARTS) which insisted on "the thorough resistance" for the maker. I demand the confirmation of there not being the authority and, against Enix (existing Square Enix) which sent contents-certified mail to stop used goods buying and selling of the game software in October, 1998, present it to the Tokyo District Court. In April, 2002, winning the case judgment on the ARTS side is settled in the Supreme Court.
I develop approximately 190 stores now in the whole country in direct management, FC. There are many juxtaposition stores with the book off in some areas.
On March 29, 2007, I applied to the Tokyo District Court for an application of Civil Rehabilitation Law.
