In each continent where association of world open water swimming fixes the oceans seven (Ocean's Seven) for is seven straits (neighboring closely a continent except the South Pole).

7 straits

It is difficult to cross all 7 straits by a long-distance swim and becomes a target of the adventure. Steven Redmond succeeds for the first time in 2012 [¹], and six people in total achieve it to date.
