Karlsruhe (German: Karlsruhe, F 212) is a German naval frigate. The sixth warship of the Bremen grade (122 type) frigate. It is the fifth warship in the German navy having the name of state capital Karlsruhe of the Federal Republic of Germany Baden = ヴュルテンベルク state.

Warship career
"Karlsruhe" was constructed as building number 161 issue in ホヴァルツヴェルケ = Germany shipbuilding, Bremen factory and started work on March 10, 1981 and was launched on January 8, 1982 and was completed on April 19, 1984, and Wilhelmshaven was deployed to the home port and the fourth frigate squadron which did it.
It was said that the fleet guards and an anti-submarine duty were immediate duties of the warships in addition to water battle conduct in the country defense that was an original duty and the collective defense by the concentration of the Cold War. DA-08 was installed as TRS-3D/32 which was a new tactics information processing device and a three-dimensional radar, the again spare pair water, pair sky radar from 1998.
From October, 2001 through February, 2002, I made an expedition to the eastern part of Mediterranean Sea for the active Endeavour strategy that was a part of the war on terrorism.
I was dispatched in Djibouti for Operation Enduring Freedom over October from June, 2002. From March, 2005 through September, I participated in Operation Enduring Freedom.
From September, 2006 through March, 2007, I was dispatched in Lebanon for United Nations Lebanese provisional stationary forces (UNIFIL II).
I was dispatched in the Mediterranean Sea and the Near East to participate in the second permanent construction NATO ocean group (SNMG2) of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in February, 2008.
I participated in the Atalanta strategy that I carried out because European Union dealt with the pirates of the offing of Somalia in the Gulf of Aden over February, 2009 from December, 2008.
In June, 2009, I participate in military exercise BALTOPS and I participate in the Atalanta strategy European Union sea corps which is pirates measures of the offing of Somalia at at November of the year and develop it in the Gulf of Aden.
I participate in Operation Atalanta on December 18, 2011 and, on April 3, 2013, take over from "F213 Augsburg" of the successor during Operation Atalanta participation in a Djiboutian port [3].
