Excitation electron
An excitation electron (and Rei comes and does not appear Electron excitation) is the electron which is in condition to exercise by high energy.
By such a state being enabled by an electron being activated by light, and absorbing all light and the energy, or the original electron being activated electrically here (electronic excitation), and the original electron absorbing other energy here; of the high energy electronic.
