下海上国造
国造 where 下海上国造 (しもつうなかみのくにみやつこ, しもつうなかみこくぞう) ruled over the eastern part of the ancient ordinance country in the back of Shimousa country, current Asahi-shi, Chiba, Choshi-shi and the Katori-gun whole area. With 下菟上国造.
