憲教類典

憲教類典

The book that "憲教類典" (けんきょうるいてん) edited laws and ordinances of the Edo Shogunate to a master of the generous politics year from the Tensho era year. Well-known Juzo Kondo was completed including editing by the Ezo place exploration since (1798) in (1798) year for generous politics ten years in the 19-year-old generous politics first year. In the same year, Kondo gave to the Shogunate this book in response to a command of 若年寄堀田摂津守正敦. Supplementary revision of "憲教類典" was ordered it by Kondo who was an editor in Shogunate book prefects afterwards in (1818) in the civil administration first year. In other words, it was the capitular of the private anthology by Kondo at first, but it followed that this book was placed as a statute book of the government compilation after revision work by the Shogunate.

These books are classified in 147 copies of collections of five 147, and, according to "the record change of the title of the Cabinet Library possession," 154 these books become from 132 books. "憲教類典" depends on possession of the Cabinet Library from the early modern Shohei Hill school after the Meiji era. The total picture becomes clear by "the Cabinet Library possession history book grass" of the publication from 現在汲古書院.
