The middle Satomura snowy district はつらつ regulations (なかざとむらゆきぐにはつらつじょうれい) are the regulations of Satomura (existing Tokamachi-shi, Niigata) in Nakauonuma-gun, Niigata. 1988 regulations third. It takes effect (1988) on establishment, April 1, the same year on March 28 in 1988. I lapse (2005) on April 1 in 2005.
