Shinfuji Interchange (しんふじ interchange) is an interchange of Shintouna expressway in Atsuhara, Fuji-shi, Shizuoka and the west Fuji road. The tentative name was "Fuji interchange" as well as the inter-name of the Tomei Expressway (wisteria interchange).

Summary
It becomes the second opening to traffic in Fuji-shi as an interchange of the national highway and I approach it by Fujinomiya-shi of the north side and am located in the distance halfway point of between the cities of Fuji-shi government office and the Fujinomiya-shi government office of the city area and the west Fuji road.
Unlike Fuji IC, the mutual use of west Fuji road and the general way is impossible, and it is a tollgate direct connection as well as Shizuoka prefectural road 88 one item Kuzawa line to connect to the Shintouna expressway; to the public way need attention for the use without being able to flow out because there is the example of the false approach [1]. When I penetrate mistakenly, I receive the instructions of the progress person in charge once to the tollgate and will come back by the appropriate regular route [2].

Fuji maintenance, Service Center which is one of the establishments of the Central Nippon Expressway Tokyo branch office is added in our IC site and performs maintenance of Nagaizumi Numazu IC - new Shizuoka IC and Numazu IC - spring water IC of the Shintouna expressway of a spring water areaway, the Tomei Expressway. The traffic from the interchange is possible, but the general vehicle detours from the prefectural road side without being able to come and go directly and will visit an office [7].
