Shigenobu Hirose
Shigenobu Hirose (unknown Hirose Shigenobu, the straight year of a person's death) is an ukiyoe artist of the Edo era.
Origin
Teacher system is unknown. There is the painting of beauties of a torii group of the Kyoho era or the Shigenaga Nishimura-like lacquer block. Masterpieces include "Osaka, Kyoto, Edo" set of three (Tokyo National Museum possession) of the Class 細判 three pieces. "An elegance set of three" of 横細版 is known elsewhere and draws 嵐和哥野, Monnosuke Ichikawa, three actors of Kantaro Sanjo. All were for village Jiro Taya soldier of the Imperial Guard.
