"Open; キタキュウ person illustrated book" (open キタキュウ じんずかん) is a public information program, documentary program of Kitakyushu-shi broadcasted in RKB Mainichi Broadcasting from April 7, 2014.

I pick up a person playing an active part in Kitakyushu-shi one every time and introduce me on the narration of Masayuki Kawakami. I have the person whom I delivered talk about previous activity and a future aim afterwards.

All are Japan Standard Time. There is rebroadcast in another time.
